Anywhere but here.

Today I came home by LRT as usual.. and the blind old man was there. I helped him into the train again, and when we got in a Caucasian man gave up his seat for the blind man. The guy had to then stand. At Universiti station, the Iranian man sitting next to him (was pretty cute) and he helped the blind man get into the lift.

Not one other Malaysian lifted a finger (OR A BUTT, FOR THAT MATTER) for their fellow handicapped Malaysian.

And that's why I don't want to live here, not forever anyway.

Which reminds me, kudos to Tatsuki who never fails to help the handicapped people at KL Sentral and stuff all the time. From the name, you should know he's not Malaysian. Japanese, in fact. See what I mean?

Sigh.

Anyway, I don't know why I'm all emotional about this today. My brain's topsy turvy from C1, C3, and Econs right now. Lunch with Baby, Ashikin, Dila, Pon and Kua was fun though. :) Can't wait to hear Kua speak in Mandarin. xD

Thanks for the Bueno-moment, Tiongkie!! :D I love you la.

  1. not true laaa, i see so many malay ppl offering seats too! especially young ones. you'd be surprised, coz the ones that look like punk-assed ones offer their seats more than decent-looking ones.
