grew up together.

I know, you told me not to cry.
But it's hard when you've been an important part of my life
for the last EIGHT years.
That's half a lifetime, almost,
and a lifetime filled with laughter and tears,
food and friendship,
knowledge and intellect,
boys and bitches,
and everything under the sun!

We grew up together, and part of us have rubbed off on each other.
Your sister and mum are like family to me too.
We share mostly the same friends and thoughts and experiences.
We'll always have the HELP debates and Add-Math tuition classes,
being MOMOs and DODOs in school,
Lit Nites and dancing and acting and crazy makeup.

Even today, after ages of not seeing you..
We had a solid conversation about nothing in particular for an hour!

And that's what I love most about us -
we're F R I E N D S.
Always there when I need you, and when I don't.
We've got memories and always making new ones.
We'll continue growing up together even though the distance may set us apart!
